the food was a problem it resembled school cafeteria food i expected much more variety they need a serious upgrade plus the hotel advertised a bathtub in the room but surprise no bathtub i felt deceived and customer service blamed some website it was hardly what i expected

the advertised photos show the sister resort amenities and i only had limited access. snack options were limited. after 6 pm, access to the other resort was restricted.

the staff seemed attentive enough, i'll give them that.

It was across the street. to reach the actual water, you had to wade forever because the water was so shallow. this hotel stay included unexpected cardio.. not exactly a relaxing vacation.
